Services
Top of the Stack provides executive job search and career coaching services including resume revitalization, LinkedIn profile optimization, candidate evaluations, and full professional rebrands. All services are delivered remotely and are subject to the scope outlined at the time of purchase.
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Top of the Stack reserves the right to update pricing at any time, with changes taking effect for new purchases only.
Refunds
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please review our Refund Policy before completing your purchase.
Client Responsibilities
Our work is collaborative. To deliver the best possible outcome, clients are expected to provide accurate and complete information about their professional background, respond to feedback requests in a timely manner, and actively participate in the process. Top of the Stack cannot be held responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and deliverables created by Top of the Stack remain the intellectual property of Top of the Stack until payment has been received in full. Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client. Our website content, branding, and methodology may not be reproduced or repurposed without written permission.
Confidentiality
Top of the Stack treats all client information with strict confidentiality. We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal or professional information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Top of the Stack provides executive job search and career coaching services based on our expertise and hiring-side experience. While we are committed to delivering high-quality work, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as job placement, interview requests, or offer letters. Results vary based on individual circumstances, market conditions, and factors outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top of the Stack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
