The Candidate Evaluation is a direct, insider-led diagnostic of how you’re showing up in the market, and why recruiters may not be responding the way you expect. We identify what’s holding you back, clarify your Most Hireable Skills, and give you a strategy to position yourself as a Top-of-the-Stack candidate. What You Get: The Candidate Evaluation includes three focused touch-points. Phase 1, Intake & Market Context (30 min): Before the session, you’ll submit materials like your resume, LinkedIn profile, and target roles. In a 30-minute intake conversation, we’ll discuss your career trajectory, the roles you’re targeting, and the signals you’re currently receiving from the market. Phase 2, Candidate Diagnostic Session (1 hour): We assess how your candidacy currently appears to recruiters and hiring managers, including: Your professional brand narrative, your Most Hireable Skills, messaging gaps in your resume and LinkedIn, & alignment between your experience and your target roles. You’ll receive direct feedback on what’s working, what’s not, and how to reposition yourself more effectively. After the session, you’ll receive a written summary of your evaluation and strategic recommendations. Phase 3, Strategy Follow-Up (30 min): Within the following month, you can schedule a follow-up session to review progress, discuss recruiter feedback, and refine your positioning as your search evolves.
