We stand behind everything we do. If you feel our work hasn't meaningfully strengthened your candidate profile and positioning, we want to hear about it. Our first priority is always to make it right, whether that means revisiting the work, additional rounds of feedback, or a deeper conversation about where things fell short. 

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, clients must have actively engaged in the process, including providing the information, feedback, and context we need to do our best work. Refunds are not available once final deliverables have been approved by the client or after the engagement has been fully completed. View our Terms & Conditions for more.
